Ventura is another one of our modern 4-bedroom house plans. This plan has a beautiful facade that combines stone cladding, face brick, and wood cladding. This double storey house plan includes 4 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite. This keeps the personal and private spaces private. A double lockup garage gives you secure parking, while the home’s seamless open plan concept connects the Lounge, Dining, and Kitchen areas with a covered patio. This creates the perfect space for your outdoor entertainment and living (perfect for your bhrai and gochi gochi). The design also includes a spacious entertainment balcony and a covered patio, perfect for hosting guests or enjoying outdoor relaxation. We’ve designed this house plan with big windows and a void, to maximise volume and light. This gives you a bright, airy feeling inside the home.
