About This Plan
This is our simple, efficient 4 bedroom house plan. With a floor area of ~100 square meters, this plan is perfect for a small home, or cottage. The design incorporates four decently sized bedrooms, including one en-suite. A single spacious bathroom and a practical laundry/scullery area cater to daily needs. Prelude features an open plan lounge and kitchen area, creating an inviting living space in the house. On the outside, the home’s finish is a stylish combination of stone cladding, plaster, and paint, creating for a modern house plan & aesthetic. Large aluminum sliding windows are used throughout to ensure great airflow and to plenty of natural light. This plan can either be configured as a 4 bedroom or 3 bedroom house plan.
